Kandalore

Hi everyone,

Thank you to all who attended our Kandalore Information Night tonight.  We got lots of  information, and saw a great slideshow by Kandalore's camp director, Jamie Pope.  If you require any further clarification about Kandalore, please e-mail me and I will be happy to answer any questions that you have.

If you are sending a child with prescription medication, please make sure to have the yellow student medical health data form filled out and signed by a doctor. All medication is to be given to me at the beginning of the trip (Monday morning). If the medication is over-the-counter (i.e., Tylenol, Advil, Claritin, etc.), it is still to be given to me at the beginning of the trip, however a signed medical form is NOT required. Please make sure to include any administration information (i.e., frequency, dose, time of administration).

Paperwork for Kandalore is to be returned to Fieldcrest no later than Wednesday, September 12, 2012.  If you have questions regarding payment, please e-mail me directly.

*Please make sure your child signs ALL FORMS where his/her signature is required.
