Class Composite Orders

Hi there,

For anyone who DID NOT order a class composite and would like one, the information to do so is as follows:

Please make a cheque payable to Lifetouch Canada for $30.
Other information to include:
- Your CHILD'S NAME AND SCHOOL
- Your child's teacher's name
- Quantity you are ordering
