QSP Magazine Fundraiser

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone had a safe and happy halloween - the students were a little wound up today (sugar buzzes, I'm sure!), and just a little bit tired!

Today we had our kick-off assembly for the QSP fundraiser that our school is hosting.  QSP is a company that coordinates magazine subscriptions.  The funds that are raised go toward a number of activities, events, clubs, and teams that go on regularly at Fieldcrest.  Our students have already benefited from some of last year's fundraising, by heading to Kandalore, being part of the track and field team, or by participating in any number of school clubs. This is our chance to continue supporting our school and peers!

Thank you for participating!

Miss Skelton :)

ESL Family Night

Please see our Fieldcrest E.S. blog regarding our upcoming ESL Family Night on October 16th.  If you wish to attend as a guest, please send a note with your child and I can send home an information letter. If you wish to attend as an interpreter for other families in our community, please contact me at sskelton@mail1.scdsb.on.ca or skelton.fes@gmail.com and I will have Mrs. Swaile Black (our Teacher-Librarian and ESL Family Night coordinator) contact you with details.

Thank you!  Hope to see you there,
Miss Skelton :)
